Within 14 days of your purchase, you are welcome to return your unworn, unwashed, unaltered item(s) with the price ticket(s) still attached to receive a full refund. Please note that refunds will be processed using the same payment method as for the original purchase.

Regular priced item(s) can be returned by mail for a full refund with original shipping fees deducted or for exchange using your free return label.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns or refunds. We may offer exchanges under limited circumstances. If an item is damaged as a result of quality or craftsmanship, customers must email their concerns to support@divasonline.ca within 14 days of receiving items for exchange.

Returns by Mail

  • Purchases can be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • You must have original receipt for all merchandise returned.
  • Returns after 14 days will not be accepted.
  • All Sale and Clearance items are Final Sale.
  • Due to the intimate nature of body wear, earrings are Final Sale.

To return the merchandise by mail, please follow these steps:

  • Carefully pack the items you wish to return.
  • Affix the pre-paid shipping label to your return parcel and drop your parcel off at any Canada Post location.
  • Mail the package to:

Returns will be refunded using the same payment method as for the original purchase, please allow 6-8 weeks for the parcels to arrive to us.
Returns will be credited to the credit card used in the original transaction. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the return to be credited.
