These conditions apply to use of this website and are the terms and conditions on which we will supply any of the products to you and by proceeding further and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by them, you should NOT use this website.

Description of Goods and Services
We take all reasonable measures to ensure that all the details and descriptions of products given on our website are as accurate as possible but there may be variations between these and the products themselves and products are subject to availability.
Prices displayed do not include taxes or shipping costs. For shipping information please refer to the shipping information page.
Tax charges are based on applicable federal, provincial and harmonized sales tax rates based on the delivery address associated with your order. Where required, sales tax will also be applied to the shipping and handling charges. If you return an item for a refund, you will also receive a refund for the sales taxes you paid for that item. You will NOT receive a refund for the sales taxes you paid on the shipping and handling of that item, as the shipping and handling charges are non-refundable once an item has been shipped. We are entitled to cancel any contract in whole or in part to the extent that it is for the purchase of a product the price of which was stated incorrectly on the website.
Placing an Order
Orders are subject to acceptance by us and are subject to availability. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order is an offer to us to buy a product. Orders are subject to acceptance.
Orders that contain items that are out of stock at the time of order will be sent out without those items. In this instance, we will cancel the part of the order that we cannot immediately fulfill and issue the appropriate partial refund onto the card used to make the purchase.
You may cancel an order and receive a refund prior to shipment, if item has already shipped then regular return policies apply (Please refer to Return Policy).
When placing an order you undertake that all details provided by you ordering goods or services are true and accurate. That you are an authorized person of the credit/debit card or PayPal account used to make your order and there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods and services. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to these details as soon as possible.
With this you agree to indemnify us fully from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses including legal fees arising out of any breach of these conditions by you or any other liability arising out of your use of this website or out of the use of this website by any person using your account number and/or password.
When you inform us in writing, we will start our missing parcel procedure if your order fails to arrive within 28 days of dispatch. We will investigate your claim and if we are satisfied that the non-arrival of the parcel belongs to us then a refund will be issued to you.
Please note that we may refuse to make future deliveries to addresses that we consider to be insecure. If this is the case our customer service team will contact you and ask you to provide an alternative delivery address for future orders.
